Construction Administration

PERMITS

I will apply for the building permit and work with the planning and building departments to obtain their approval.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION

I will help you select a contractor, review bids, negotiate the construction schedule, and advise you on completing the owner-contractor agreement.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

After the building permit is issued, I will consult with you and your contractor as requested to answer questions and to make changes over the phone or by email. I will visit your site to review construction progress on a regular basis, such as once a week or every other week or as you see fit. I will review the contractor’s monthly payment applications.
