SCHEMATIC DESIGN Based on your program, we will create design options. We will meet to review these options and select one that best suits your needs and budget. The selected option will be further refined, and I will create drawings that describe the design: site plan, floor plans with furniture layouts, exterior elevations, building selections, and perspectives. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND INTERIOR DESIGN We will select the materials, finishes, colors, appliances, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, furniture, and accessories so the architecture and the interiors are woven into an aesthetically integrated whole. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS I will design the details of the building and prepare drawings for permits and construction.
